That’s because Rinehart Exhaust systems were developed to do one thing – make big power straight out of the box.
Team Rinehart did not stop their quest for power without addressing the unique requirements of the FL rider. They designed, tested and built exhausts until they had a multi-step header with a “True Dual” design that makes the same power gains as their Softail/Dyna systems.

Slip-on mufflers create huge performance gains (more than a complete system in some cases) at a lower cost. Unique muffler utilizes a venturi chamber baffle design for optimum performance throughout the rpm range.

2-into-1 systems use high-flow, mitered-cut 17/8” headers with a machined inlet for added exhaust velocity and improved anti-reversion qualities. Fat, full-coverage 21/4” heat shields prevent blueing; an additional heat shield gives the headermuffler union a smooth, sleek look.

Crossed-up, seven-step header design with 21/2” integrated mufflers. Significantly increase torque and horsepower across the range. 21/2”, 220° full-coverage heat shields merge flush to muffler bodies; Rinehart Racing logo is laser-cut into the front heat shield.
